How EQL
ballots work.
EQL is an independent release platform Australian retailers use to allocate limited stock.
When a box is too limited to sell first come first served, we hand it to EQL. They hold the entries and run the Run Fair® ballot, so who gets a box is not our call.

When a box goes to ballot, we email every active member the EQL link. Being quick makes no difference. EQL holds the entries.

EQL picks the winners
At close, EQL selects the winners, not us. Every entrant gets the result by email, win or lose.

Winners pay members shop price
Only winners are charged, at members shop price. Miss out and you pay nothing. The next ballot link comes to your inbox.

What do members get?
Access to our members store, monthly Dutch auctions for sealed boxes, and EQL ballots for selected limited releases. Stock is limited, so membership doesn't guarantee you'll be able to purchase. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.
How do ballots work?
When the stock is hyper limited we utilise EQL with their Run Fair ballot system. An email link is sent to members when the ballot goes live. EQL 101 for fans →
How does the members shop work?
Our members shop runs monthly Dutch auctions. Each listing shows the opening time, starting price, floor price and price-drop schedule. Claim at the current price while stock lasts. Per-member limits apply, and membership does not guarantee a purchase.
Why is there a timer on my cart?
On a Dutch auction, claiming a box locks the displayed price and reserves it for two minutes while you check out. If the hold expires, the item becomes available to other members. Reclaiming, when allowed, uses the price at that time. Follow the cart and checkout messages for your hold status.
What is a Dutch auction?
A Dutch auction starts at an opening price and drops in steps on a published schedule until it reaches the floor price. There is no bidding: claim at the current price, or wait for a lower one. Waiting carries a risk because the stock may sell out first. Your claimed price is locked for two minutes while you check out.
When do auctions happen?
We run a Dutch auction each month. Check the upcoming auction listing for the date, opening time and price schedule. There is no weekly restock schedule.
What if the price drops after I buy?
Check the auction listing for price protection. When it is enabled, everyone pays the final price once the auction settles, and any difference above that price is refunded automatically. If price protection is not enabled, you pay the price you claimed at.
What happens if I never win a ballot or box?
Membership gets you ongoing access to enter ballots and shop drops. It does not guarantee wins. Cancel anytime.
What if I win a ballot but the box isn't available anymore?
Very rare, but if it happens we'll refund you for that item or offer a suitable alternative. Winning a ballot gives you the right to buy at the listed price. It doesn't guarantee stock will still be available if there's an error on our end.
What if my box arrives faulty or not as described?
You're covered by your consumer guarantee rights under Australian Consumer Law regardless of our policies. Contact us and we'll sort a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
How long is the subscription?
Month to month. Cancel anytime. Ballot entries and shop access last through your current billing period.
When am I billed, and can I pause instead of cancelling?
A flat $20 a month, billed on the same day you joined. There is no pause, but you can cancel anytime and rejoin later. Your shop access lasts through the period you have paid for.
How do I cancel?
From your account. Open Membership and hit cancel. No email needed. It takes effect at the end of your billing period, and you keep ballot and shop access until then.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is free Australia-wide. Everywhere else is a flat $20 AUD. All orders ship factory-sealed with tracking.
